This page explains how Mango Self-catering Apartments ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit https://mangoghanzi.com, contact us, or make a booking. We try to collect as little as possible, and only what we need to answer your enquiry or host your stay.
What we collect
The only personal information we directly collect through this website is what you choose to share with us via:
- The contact form — your name, email, optional phone number and dates of stay, and the message you send us.
- Email or phone — anything you share when you reach out via hello@mangoghanzi.com or by calling our direct lines.
We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and answer questions about a stay.
- To prepare for your arrival if you make a booking (e.g. arrival time, special requests).
- To follow up after your stay if needed (e.g. lost-and-found, feedback).
We don't sell your information, share it with marketers, or use it to send unsolicited email.
Bookings
Reservations made through our "Book Now" button are processed by our booking partner Nightsbridge. When you book, you provide information directly to them under their own privacy policy. We receive the booking details (name, contact, dates, guest count) needed to host your stay.
Third-party services
This site relies on a small number of services that may collect basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) needed to deliver the page:
- Cloudflare Pages — hosts and serves the website. Cloudflare may log standard request data for security and reliability.
- Google Maps — used for the embedded map on the contact page. Google may set its own cookies once the map loads.
- Nightsbridge — handles real-time booking and payment.
How long we keep messages
Messages sent through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry — typically up to 12 months — after which they are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your information from our records.

Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
